It is one of Lowe’s most effective pension plans. Lowe’s just wants to make sure that life for employees and management is easy after retirement. However, if you have just been hired, you have the option to subscribe to the plan after 6 months of service. As a government employee working for Lowe’s in the United States or abroad, you are eligible for the MyLowesLife Lowe 401k plan, but employees identified as Call Home and contract employees are not eligible for the MyLowesLife Lowe 401k plan.

If you terminate your employment within six months and are then rehired, you are entitled to the first day of the pay period that begins after the first day of the first pay period or continues through the first pay period.
